By accessing and using the AdSwedMedia platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. "We", "us", or "our" refers to AdSwedMedia, while "you" refers to the user or publisher.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AdSwedMedia, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service. Any updates or changes to these terms will be communicated to you, and continued use of the platform after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

2.Fraud Prevention Policy

AdSwedMedia does not tolerate fraud in any form. Publishers are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: purchasing or selling accounts, generating fake traffic, or paying users to complete offers dishonestly. Any publisher found engaging in fraudulent practices will be immediately banned from the platform, and all payments will be withheld. We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our business and partners from fraudulent activity.

3. Payment Terms

Payments will be processed on a Net 30 basis, meaning payments will be made within 30 days following the submission of a valid payment request. Payments are issued once we receive the corresponding payment from our advertisers. Please note that payments will only be made if there is no evidence of fraud or policy violations.

4. Publisher Registration & Account Information

Publishers are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Using false or incomplete information will result in the suspension of your account. Selling, sharing, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Traffic Quality & Campaign Guidelines

We reserve the right to monitor and evaluate the quality of the traffic generated through our platform. Publishers are expected to generate high-quality, legitimate traffic. If fraudulent or low-quality traffic is detected, we may block publishers or limit their access to certain campaigns.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdSwedMedia and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. We provide services “as is” and cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance of the platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

AdSwedMedia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our platform after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
